Urban Boatbuilders' Apprenticeship Program employs those ages 16-21 to build boats, cutting boards, develop career building skills, and gain exposure to the trades. Pay starts at $15/hour with opportunity for pay increases as apprentices advance through the cohorts. We are located at the Urban Boatbuilders' Woodshop, right off the Green Line. There is also an optional 5-day paid trip to the Boundary Waters after the cohort ends!

Capstone Boundary Waters Trip (optional): August 12-16th

 

CREW HOURS:

AM Crew: 9am-12pm Monday-Thursday

PM Crew: 1pm-4pm Monday-Thursday
