Jillian (they/them) is passionate about building efficient and equitable systems that empower both youth and the teams who support them. With a background in youth development and program management, they are energized by Urban Boatbuilders' mission of experiential learning and continuous improvement. Jillian supports daily operations so UBB's programming can thrive. Outside of work, you can find them backpacking, paddling, or relaxing in a hammock with craft supplies.
